Return Policy:

Q: What if I change my mind?

A: Due to the nature of the product being tailored to your requirements we unfortunately cannot accept any returns if you change your mind about a product. 

Q: What if the product arrives damaged or faulty:

A: All products are quality checked before they are dispatched. However, if your item does arrive in a faulty or damaged condition, please let us know within a 14 day period from when you received your order with suitable evidence and we will work with you to rectify this.
