A: Yes, we accept Paypal payments. Paypal currently offer 0% APR over 12 months. 

Q: My product has arrived but it doesn't look exactly the same as the picture

A: All of our products are hand-crafted so there may be some slight differences in products photographed and products received. Also we use real timber so no two boards are identical. If you are not happy then we more than welcome returns. 

Q: I've paid for my order but have not yet received my product 

A: Please check you have received a confirmation email. If your order does not reach you within 3 - 6 weeks please use the contacts page to drop us a message, with your email details, and we'll chase it up for you ASAP.

Q: I've accidentally ordered the wrong item/ I want to cancel my order 

A: Not to worry. Again, drop us a message and we'll fix that right away for you.
